Q: How do I care for my garden weeders?

In most soils, our Skidger blades are self-sharpening. However, some ground materials are harsh enough to create nicks that may improve with some basic care and maintenance. Click here to download instructions for care and maintenance. You can add this Lansky puck to your shopping cart to keep your Skidger and other blades in their best condition.

Q: How long does my order take to ship?

It takes up to one (1) day, Monday through Saturday, for your order to be packaged and shipped. Shipping times depend on your area:

  • Intermountain: 1 to 2 days
  • Western States: 2 to 4 days
  • Midwest: 2 to 4 days
  • Eastern States: 3 to 6 days

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Aspects like weather and individual location may cause delays or exceptions.

Q: Where is my order now?

You should receive an email with your tracking number within one to two business days (Monday thru Friday). Consult this number to see where your shipment is at any time and to sign up for automatic notifications by email. If you didn’t receive your tracking number, first check your spam folders. If you can’t find it, contact us with your Order # and we’ll email it to you.

Q: Does my Skidger come with any kind of warranty or guarantee?

We appreciate your purchase and pride ourselves in quality construction of our products and back our products with a one (1) year guarantee. If you return or exchange your Skidger-brand product to the vendor you purchased from, your return will be honored within twelve (12) months of your purchase. If your return or exchange is not honored, you can email us with full details of your purchase and request a return or exchange. Please include the vendor you purchased from and proof of purchase. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and painlessly as possible.
